Hapkido "THE ART OF CO ORDINATED POWER"

Hapkido is one of the most practical and comprehensive self defence systems found in Australia today.

Hapkido incorporates spectacular kicking techniques similar to those used in Tae Kwon Do and Karate. Painful Joint locks, throws and safety falls similar to those used in Judo, Ju Jitsu and Aikido.
Hard and soft hand techniques, along with pressure point and weaponry similar to that found in Kung Fu and Kendo.
With the variety of techniques it has to offer, this complete martial art can be practiced by anyone, Male or Female - Young or Old.
Fitness, self discipline and self confidence will all be gained by regular practice and training.
HapKiDo is the art of Co-ordinated power with the use of both Mind and Body.
Fitness is an important component in any martial art, and beginners are encouraged to train at a rate comparable to their own fitness level. Better fitness and health will be gained over time with regular training.
